Dragon Tales

Two children find a dragonscale, and have fun socializing with dragons.

The Dragon Tales movies each contain five episodes and four songs from the animated children's television series by the same name.

Dragons - Fire and Ice

An ancient war is raging between the tribes of the Norvagen and the Draigon, the origin of which few can remember. The long-past age of peace and tranquility brought to the world by the wise dragons and their Crystals of Power is the stuff of legend; the dragons have mysteriously disappeared, their whereabouts known to none, and with them disappeared the harmony and unity the world had known for ages.

Dragons - Metal Ages

The peace that has been maintained between dragons and humans is threatened by a horde of evil dragons, at the service of the enemy Odaku army. The king summons the good dragons, as well as his army, and reluctantly goes to war. Prince Dev and Princess Kyra, with help from Odaku rebel Gorhaga, fight against all odds to make way for human survival in the face of dragon invasion.

Escaflowne - Dragons and Destiny

Hitomi is a sensitive teenager who reads tarot cards for her friends and nurses a crush on the track star Amano. As she runs on the school track, Hitomi has a vision of a young man battling a dragon; a few days later, the man and the dragon materialize. Hitomi and Van, the young warrior, are carried off to the mysterious world of Gaea, with its odd mixture of advanced technology and medieval culture.

Flight of Dragons

Peter Dickinson (voiced by John Ritter) is a poor, dreaming scientist/inventor who is transported into the failing world of magic. He meets three wizards, two dragons, and the beautiful Princess Melisande. The green wizard Carolinus (voiced by Harry Morgan), his brother Lo Tae Shao (voiced by Don Messick), and the blue wizard Solarius explain that the world of magic is dying. To save it, they must join together to create the 'Last Realm of Magic' -- a protected place where magic will live on after humans stop believing. But before the journey begins, a magical mishap leaves Peter in the body of the house-dragon Gorbash.

Pete's Dragon

In New England in the early 20th century, Pete is a nine-year-old orphan escaping from his brutal adoptive parents, the Gogans, with his only friend, a cartoon dragon named Elliott. Pete and Elliott successfully escape to Passamaquoddy, Maine, and live with Nora, a lighthouse keeper, and her father, Lampie. Elliott is sought for medicinal purposes by the corrupt Doctor Terminus.

Quest for Camelot

A magical feature-length animated adventure brimming with laughter and song! A heroic young girl, a handsome blind hermit and a comical two-headed dragon join forces to recover King Arthur's magical sword Excalibur after it is stolen by an evil enemy.
